SYNOPSIS
This
project presents the functional planning
, structural designing and estimate of HOTEL BUILDING. This is proposed to be
construct in engineering college at velu nager opposite at our main hotel
building is already located in Tiruvannamalai from town. But the building is
not having sufficiently place and room. So we planned constrct a new HOTEL
BUILDING opposite to arunai college campus where our vellure cuddalore national
highway lies.
The plinth area of the
propesed building is 396m2.
The plinth area rate is
Rs.1300/sqft.
The approximate cost of the
building is Rs.55,00,000/-.
The building consists of
following,
1. Reception
2. Dining
room
3. Store
room
4. Kitchen
5. Workers
room
6. Toilet
As
per NBC recommandition water supply and sanitary arrangement has been provided
at required place for effective use rain water harvesting structures and
recyling the waste water is also included in this project.
The
guide line are taken from IS456-2000, and limite state method of design is
going to adopt the rate are taken from the current rate for the year 2012-2013
per taininer at Tiruvannamalai District.
