The main difference between one way and two way slab is the ratio of ly / lx is more then two then it is called one way slab. ly / lx less then two then it is called two way slab.
One way slab :ly / lx >2
Two way slab :ly / lx <2
Example :
Like school, colleges any where the rooms are considerd in Two way slab. The passage are one way slab.
