Difference between Fe250, Fe415 and Fe500 grade steel?

The Fe refers the yield strength of concrete and the values refers to yield strength of concrete.

The fe415 refers the high yield strength deformed bars its used for normal buildings.
But the Fe500 also refers to the high yield strength deformed bars but using this bars the no of bars providing in slab is reduced.

If you have any doubt about this you can consultant Structural Engineers .
